WTB FFS (fiery flame spitter) with 19 or 18% longer enchants

I have a 19% pommel and a FFS but mine is not upgradeable, so i need one that can be upgraded or is alrdy upgraded preferably.

I can trade my 19% pommel and my FFS for urs, and mayb some extra money
