His price is not that unreasonable. I bought a purple one with 13^50 with max sundering and +29 health IIRC for ~250K from these forums.
If you really want perfect stats you might have to pay more, but I think your offer is very reasonable. Another option to consider is to just try to offer for a max dmg crystalline with ~13 - 15 ^50 and buy the mods yourself. That is sure to be cheaper.

There is a big difference in price between a purple one and a gold one. Also, there is a big difference in price between one that's 13>50 and one that is 15>50. Now these differences are usually exponential, given the rarity of such items. When it reaches those prices, the price of the mods are negligible, as they can be added later. The important thing is the intrinsic mod, which is the 15>50.
The price (250k) for the one that you bought is reasonable; however, 800k is not likely to get you a 15>50 crystalline, unfortunately, no matter the req.
Also I wasn't surprised at the price; rather I was surprised at how quickly the tone of the thread changed in just a couple of replies...

You are correct, it is 12^50 with perfect sundering and perfect fortitude. Of course it is also a high req and that contributes to the lower price. But that is really beside the point. The OP didn't specify the req he was looking for and of course if he is dead set on PERFECT GOLD on EVERYTHING then it will cost him a pretty penny.
200 mil? Seems way high, even in jest. I am just showing that there are alternatives to getting what he wants with minimal drawback. I would love completely perfect as well, but I can deal qith 12% instead of 15%.
