The last Meal
Tonight was special,
the very last meal.
Tommorow ill be going,
I know how mama feels.
I slept through the night,
Thinking about the flight.
I turned on the light,
and begin to write.
'Mama i know how you feel'
Let your broken heart heal.
'Promise me this one deal'
'That this will not be our last meal.'
I'm your only son,
I promise i wont run.
Pray daddy from above,
that he'll protect his son.
Tommorow ill be at war,
You know who I am fighting for.
I know how mama feels,
Ill come back for more meals.
