here is how that is possible
Go to Beacon Perch with your chat turned off. Map to another location and turn chat back on. You'll see previous stuff from the other location with no fresh content from the new one. But you do need to pop open a window to view chat history.
Whats weird is you can't run to droks from ember light camp. I mean come on... obviously if your in ember light camp you have been to Droknar unless you ran fro Camp Rankor to Ice Caves of Sorrow. And you can't run the fire island chain as fighting is involved to get them completed.

Maybe he just clicked ctrl+c by habit and out came the message which was intended at beacons perch. For example I go off and play MTA: SA (kickass game) and copy the ip, then go to GW into tombs and look for a group and I would accidentally press ctrl+c out of habit thinking it would say my build LFG.

Possible joke. But one of my characters is in Ember, and I saw this being spammed there when I logged on to that char. I thought he's got to be kidding! He does know where he is right?! I told a guildmate and they also explained to me that if he was running ROF missions you would end in Drok's. So maybe he's not kidding, but I think he should say that. Not Running to Drok's but Running all RoF missions 7K.
