I had one exactly the same, except it req 9, and i was told 8-10k. When i finally did manage to sell it (took forever) I had lowered the price to 5k. Hope it helps a little.

5-10k is bout right.. depends on how patient ya are

a bit of luck wouldn't go astray either.

5-10k seems to be the standard pc for one-handed caster items with +5E^50 as the only bonus (req doesn't seem to matter much unless it's outrageously high) although i've personally sold a few of these for ~20k each.

around 5k to 15k is going rate on these on most classes, at least 10k for sure.
