100k may be pushing it, though not impossible. 80-90k would be more realistic I'd guess.

hmm req 8 perfect like that i have sold for 125k to 150k, so that is around 75k to 100k in price.

Anyways, fully modded (which is a mistake, imo - as it artificially raises price for an item) 80-90k, IMO. Since you already put both really expensive mods on there, might as well dye it black and try to pimp it out that way. ;P
