WTB: Mursaat bow, details inside

The horn bow must have the following specs:

Max dmg
+12-15% dmg while hp above 50 OR Energy-5 OR armour-10
The string should be shocking, Ebon or Icy.
The grip would preferably be armor+5
I will add about 6-8k if the bow is dyed black
