Not sure about number 2, less than 150k if i were selling it.
+5 armour is a great mod for bows, or if you use enchantments then go for a 20%.
a decent string would be a better way to mod, 10/10 sundering does on average just under 2dmg extra per hit, a vampiric will do an extra 5, a zealous will provide more energy, which can be used to pay for more damage skills, and elemental strings avoid the physical armour buffs that enemies might have, like warriors +20 vs physical.

just sold my req 9 eternal for 100k and 40 ectos... (around 380k) I could see that one hitting 400k and up perhaps.... as for the storm, don't see it going over 100k..
