req 9 gold max 15>50% flatbow, shocking string and enchantments 19%.

36K (guru baseline for a req 9 is 33K, based on just bow alone without mods)

Otherwise, have a req 8, gold max 15>50% flatbow, 10/9 sunder and a +27HP grip. Price range 48K-ish. Considering the req 8 unmodded by guru baseline is 40K, I think the price is pretty reasonable.
