W/ME Solo Farming Build

I know there is a very extensive thread on Rune farming. Someone brought up doing this with /me so, I thought I would try to do it with my own W/Me.
This has yet not been tested but I'm looking for some advice.

Swords = 12+3
Strength = 3+2
Tactics = 9+1
Inspiration = 9

Skills:
1. Healing Signet
2. Ether Feast/Sprint(I put ether feast for an extra heal without the -40 defense)
3.Sever Artery
4.Galrath Slash
5.Final Thrust
6.Savage Blade
7. Physical Resistance
8. For Great Justice/Flurry/Battle Rage(again indecisive about what to use)]

I'd like to stick with swords since they are my favorite. When I get a Victo's Blade I will be using that and a Grognar's Defender. I'll be switching sword when I'm not battling. I am willing to change my secondary if I feel it would be required in order to keep using a sword. I have them all open. The goal however is to do this with /mesmer.

Questions:
Is Victo's Blade the right choice? What sword do you recommend?
Is gladiator's armor with knight boots ok?
I don't have a superior absorbtion or vigor. Are they required?

Any advice or criticism is appreciated.

Hmm When you say Rune farming do you mean ettins???

For this farming sup vig or abs. isnt needed major is fine for both.

Yea I meant ettin rune farming.
Also, I tested this build tonight most I tried to take at once was 4. It worked really well.
