I'm looking for a flatbow with dmg +15% while health is above 50%, other mods don't matter, fortitude is prefered and elemental dmg is a minus. Please state your IGN, price and stats of the bow on this thread.

Are you allergic to green? Drago's Vamp, Drago's Sundering. I forget but I think the collector outside of Port Sledge is 15>50, Ascalon (but this bow is a Flatbow). 5 Intricate Grawl Necklaces, 500g for the set is typical.

You will find Greens cheaper than golds my friend. Dragos Vamp ~20k.

If you don't like the 5/-1 string, and if you want the option of changing the mods/upgrades on the weapon as opposed to getting a dragos:
req 9 gold max 15>50% flatbow, shocking string and enchantments 19%.
36K (guru baseline for a req 9 is 33K, based on just bow alone without mods)

Price negotiable. It's pretty much comparable to getting a drago's flatbow (his sunder, not the vamp), but you can change the upgrades on it as you want.
Also, I have a req 8, max gold 15>50% flatbow, with a 10/9 sunder and a 27HP grip - price range 48K-ish. Considering the req 8 unmodded by guru baseline is 40K, I think the price is pretty reasonable.
All prices negotiable.
