PC on some items

Still a total newb when it comes to figuring the value of items. Not looking to make fortunes, I realise some of the req's are rather high, but just wanted to check if they were worth anything more then what the merchant has to offer. If the weaps aren't worth anything, can any good mod's be salvaged? Also, are 1/-1 zealous hammer mods worth much? Thanks in advance
