Stupid thing why couldn't I just get 1% on each, is this worth keeping of trying to salvage for the 19% mod?

IMO I would salvage... staff itself 5-7k perhaps.. if you get wrapping, have seen those goin up to 40-50k cuz everyone wants the death wrap :P

I would only buy to salvage... and wouldn't pay over 7k.. but that's just me, won't hurt my feelings if you get other opinons
