PC on some items

Hi!
This is my first PC

i know that these things are preatty much newbish...but i've been playing for two weeks (character is around 40hours old)...please help me...and plz make some suggestions where to sell these items...

I'd salvage the white ones for the materials, sell the rune to the trader and sell the rest to a merchant. The white drops are a great way to accumulate materials for armour later in the game and by that time you should be getting better purple and gold drops to sell.
