Go look, people!
-5e is truly useful, I don't see why anyone says it's sucky.
I had a PC to verify I was right, and it's worth 200k+.
If you wish to know the uses of -5e I'd be happy to explain it...if you reply that you would like to know.
This is also one of the best -5e. If it were req 9 it'd be one of the best -5e sword in the game imo.

It's an excellent weapon to swap to, and a -5e weapon to brag about.
Firstly what comes to mind is skills such as mind wrack which operate off the idea you will reach 0 energy - in pvp it's coupled with edenial usually by european guilds who use further edenial builds in a spike or pressure build - and drop monks or casters when they reach 0 energy because you'll then take damage at 0 energy and be unable to heal yourself.
When you're being edenied you swap to this weapon and it throws them off course, making it more difficult to gauge when you'll be at 0 energy or if you're being realistically edenied.
Handy if you're a warrior and you aren't in danger of dieing but your monk doesn't have to worry about keeping you ^50% health.
The only thing that comes to mind that it's not useful for is gale warriors.
Watch the Te vs LuM matches and watch their monks when they're being energy drained.
