Tameing a Stalker quest/ post-sear

ranger nette says the stalkers are going exstict and wants me to tame a stalker and bring it back to him. is there anyway to get my lvl 9 stalker back by doing this quest? i wouldnt take a chance if its not certain.

no, i have my l9 stalker from pre-sear but in post, ranger nette says they are going exstinct and wants me to find one and bring it to him for a quest.

i dont know if they fixed it but i accepted the quest, went a short distance away with my stalker and checked the quest log.


it had updated showing i had the cat and sent me back for the reward
