PC on Insightful Ghostly Staff of Shelter & Shadow Bow

This just popped out of a chest in UW:

INSIGHTFUL GHOSTLY STAFF OF SHELTER

Fire Dmg: 11-22 (req. 11 Divine Favor)
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 8%)
Halves casting time of spells (Chance: 10%)
Energy +4
Armor +6 (vs. physical attacks)

And while I'm here, can someone PC this bow as well:

SHADOW BOW (Gold)
Piercing Dmg: 15-28 (req. 9 Marksmanship)
Damage +13%
Armor -10 (while attacking)

ghostly staff 50-75k imo
shadow bow ~10k

K 1: I got an Insightful Holy Staff of Defense as well a couple of days back:

Energy +10
Fire Dmg: 11-22 (req.. 8 Divine Favor)
Halves skill recharge of Divine Favor spells (Chance: 17%)
Halves casting time of spells (Chance: 9%)
Energy +5
Armor +5

Low requirement - lower than the collector's staff although it's not perfect...

Think I'm going to need more character slots if I keep picking up staves like these ones...
