PC Heavy White Scythe of Fortitude

Don't have a picture of stats but here goes the stats..

Slashing Dmg: 6-28 (req. 12 Axe Mastery)
Damage +15% (while enchanted)
Lengthens Weakness duration on foes by 33%
Health +30

Got it from a shiverpeak chest on the Ice Caves Mission.
Don't have a clue what its worth so any help would be beneficial.
