Rather than posting his name here, which is in violation of forum rules....take that same screenshot and send it to Anet support as a violation. As he clearly stated 15k...and then traded you 15g.

Send a support inquiry, along with the screenshot and the rough time that it happened, to support.guildwars.com and they'll take action on the account, most likely.
