Isle, Zaishen for build testing in PVE testing?

I know that the Isle of the Nameless and the Zaishen challenge is very useful for testing out PVP builds, but seeing how some people have said that you can use your ettin farming builds on them, how useful are they for testing PVE builds? If you have a lot of skills unlocked on other characters, it could save a lot of time in levelling a new char to level 20 only to find it doesn't work.

Unlocking PvP skills does nothing for your PvE character

But, yeah, I don't see why you couldn't test builds for PvE on them. But, then, why not just do it on the realy thing? I'm sure Isle of the Nameless would be alot more help than the Zaishen Challenge.

Absolutely, considering most enemies have the AI of those test dummies.
