You get it from the cities of ascalon quest...


Do you mean how do you do the quest or what?

Symon in ascalon has the quest Cities of Ascalon. This is where you get the -50 item. IDS' are found in mineral springs the closest outpost is The Granite Citadel, but the drops are lower than they were before.

Go to ascalon city, grab the first quest from Tydus, then grab and complete Defending the Wall.

Talk to Simon the scribe, grab and complete Ascalon Census. Cities of ascalon will now be available from Simon the scribe.

Grab 'The Red Cloaked Deserter' from Piken and 'Regent Valley Defense' from right outside of Ft. Ranik. Those two quests will take you directly to the area where the first monument is located.

The second Monument is located within the Ruins of Surmia mission. It is located right outside the wall before you lower the drawbridge for Rurik.

To get to the third monument, exit Nolani Academy and hang a left. It is located up the stairs and through the ruined building.

no no no, I know how to get it, and where all 3 monuments are, they are easy, before you used to be able to just take that quest, and they made an update that now you have to do the census quest first.. thats what I was trying to find out or confirm, and I did so today upon completing census quest and returning to symon. thanks for the help though
