PC on Gold Summit Axe

the +13% in stance isn't godly, but i figure it's pretty decent... but the low req might make up for it i think. i also have a 10/10 sundering haft and a perfect fortitude axe grip i can add to this. is it worth modding to increase value? or is this axe good enough to sell as is and save the mods for a better axe.
