I played a game , also MMORPG, called Priston Tale. I played for a bit. Reached around level 40 and quit because you had to p2p.
anywho in the game, i enjoyed how there were more things you needed to get. example : rings, earrings , the system of aging, the system of geming.

I also enjoyed the Rank UP quests, which changes ur class.
I also played Maple Story, pretty fun too. Also had rank ups. I'll update this more wen i look at the sites again and try to remmeber what i forgot.

I've played PT, and Maple.. (Not so much maple.. it sucked )

I enjoyed PT a great deal, and I agree that this game should incorporate more options for upgrading weapons, but that's something to think about after the other bugs are dealt with.

There is actually already a good deal of weapon upgrades and ways to make your gear better. Any more would just be icing on the cake.

As for rings and earrings.. meh, I can live without.

How does more things to get somehow translate into better...I mean the game is balanced for the five pieces of armor and 1 or 2 armaments, it isn't necessary and would seriously degrade alot of the values of current equipment, as well as requiring people to get more item searching than there is currently.

Seems to me like there are suggesting more options, but not necessarily better ones.
If you could have a slot for a ring or something... that's just one more piece of equipment that makes you different from another character, there is more variation. If there is a larger variety of weapon upgrades, it doesn't make people any better, it just allows them new alternatives for what they will do with their strategy.
Adding new content will not necesarily add more grind, as long as the new content is not actually BETTER than the existing stuff. Some people will get the new things so they can try out a new strategy, while others will keep what they have and use an old (but not inferior) strategy.
