These are pretty rare and very good for something like...well...anywhere where a ranger is likely to be bonded (like in ranger spike (and loads of other builds) in tombs and most high level PvE) or generally anywhere where you're likely to get healing breeze/prot spirit/loads of other stuff cast on you.
