10% Faster Casting

Mods Not Important

I WILL consider other stats such as 9% faster recharge and 9% faster casting or just say 8% faster recharge.

Yes it is a wonderful staff, I have been so tempted to get some real bidding going on it as last time people were low balling at around 220k. Would be perfect for my mesmer except that I want it for my necro to go with her fow armor when I get it.
