Is this build possible??

Protection 10
Smite Prayers 10
Healing Prayers 6
Tactics 5

Would this work? Waht items would I need to make it work? I want to make a Uber powerful Mo/Wa that would solo farm. If someone could post a build with these attributes or point me in the direction of a build that is alike. plz plz do so.

These would be the skills I would be wanting to use in this build:
Zealot's Fire (Smite)
Balthazar's Aura (Smite)
Symbol of Wrath (Smite)
Reversal of Fortune (Protection)
Healing Touch (Heal)
Healing Hands (Heal)
Balanced Stance (Tactic)
Sprint (Strength)
Now as you have noticed 2 are from the warrior's side of things, and I know you can not have a prime attribute from a warriors secondary. So with that out of the way from looking at these skills I would want my smiting and healing to be the strongest with the protection and tactics being balanced. Or wahtever would work I just want the guys to circle me and for me to blow them away with my smites along with being able to be healed from the healing and protection spells i guess i could have the tactic skill low but how low should i go still keeping it effective? suggestions and comments welcome!
