Suggestion: Quest skill database

I would suggest a database of which quests can be completed to obtain which which skills, which would help everyone know which skills should be gotten at a trainer, and which w\should be just waited on for the quest to come up. No wasting skill points on trainers who offer skills that you should be able to just get through questing. I'll try to post some the ones I find in here, and I'd suggest other people do the same. I don't think I'm actually up to making the database though. Good luck to whoever takes on the task!!
