This is illegal according to the trade forums guildlines but... he already has the IGN of people that have rs money.

Selling stuff from games on ebay/trading(not sure about this) is technically illegal because the things your trading/buying/selling is not actually yours, its the company that makes the games.

Doing this will unbalance the game.
