Will probably be more popular in future releases, since ALOT of skills require you to hit or you get bad effects.

Right now though....for 10 secs with 60 recharge it doesnt do much.

60 seconds recharge...BLAH!

Seems good though. Seeking Arrows (a preparation for Rangers in GW:F) seems better though.

10 nrg 60 sec recharge lasts max of 11 sec at 14 strength I think 9 or 10 secs at 9-10 strength this skill is craptastic to the extreme
