Sun Warrior
I found this one in Witman's Folly from a grawl.
ChampionHyena
You can get it in Talus Chute from Jono Yawpyawl or from Sakalo Yawpyawl in Witman's Folly.

Victory is Mine {Elite} - Shout
You gain 10-56 health and 5 energy for each condition suffered by adjacent foes.
Does the energy part mean how many conditions are present, or how many conditions are the enemies suffering collectively?
As in: Poisoned and Bleeding + 5 creatures suffering = 10 energy
or
Poisoned and Bleeding + 5 creatures suffering = 50 energy

Tony Blair
50 energy in that case.
Enigmatics
How many conditions they're suffering collectively. If you have 2 enemies both suffering poison, you'll gain benefits from both.
Vampiric Greenhorn
cobine with enfeebling blood as a warrior crowd stopper you will easily gain the energy and heath sacrifice back
Fenix Swiftblade
Are you sure on this one? The way it's worded suggests that it's only 1 for each condition, meaning each condition is only counted once.

The calculation is based on total conditions, so poison on three opponents gives credit for three conditions.

i love this on a w/r
sever, gash, hamstring, throw dirt, VIM +200 health and 20 energy.. and thats off just one enemy. A+ skill, brillaint in keeping you alive.

With the right build, this is an awesome energy management for a healer monk as in 1 second, you can be back at full health and energy.
Also works good with my w/r farming build. apply poison + cyclone axe + VIM = back to full health

Combining this with 3 or 4 condition skills along with epidemic works very nicely in the arenas.

Sever
Gash
Desparation Blow
Thrill of Victory
Hamstring
Balanced Stance
ViM
Rez Sig
(Most effective with 16 Tactics)
Best when used in groups for the additional conditions. Thrill and Desparation Blow deal some nice damage, especailly with high tactics. Only use Desparation Blow when Balanced Stance is up. Use ViM sparingly, because it's cooldown is fairly long and it's your only self-healing source.

This skill could be quite useful. Put 3 conditions on someone (yourself or teamate) and then get an instant cast 160 health and 10 energy. If you have a Me/Ne on your team with fragilty and virulence then there would be even more conditions! at 5 it would be 270 health and 20 energy!!!

all i can say is VIM TRAP MANIA!!! lol i use to run it witha good friend
Former Ruling
ViM Trappers. A build used from time to time in Halls right now.
They try to bodyblock members of your party in corners.
Can dominate poorly planned groups that dont know how to fight ofdf the rapidness of this build

Actually, victory is mine only works for conditions such as bleeding, crippling, etc., not hexes and stuff, but i found this build works best as a warrior/ranger so u can use poison, bleeding, and deep wound, etc. (Throwing in desperation blow helps spread the effects) so you can get a good 15 energy and 160 somethin health or so from each use, but it still does work well with a w/mo, u just lose one effect (Poison)

ViMWAY seems better than IWAY...or maybe it's just me. Our guild could beat IWAY with Ranger Spike but could not beat ViMWAY...but then again, it was a bad day for us.

ooooo....can't wait to try this on my a/w....w/r are good with it..but i think(because I havn't tried yet) that a sin will greatly benifit wit this skill..poof in....drop 3-4 conditions..take damage..VIM...poof out..rinse and repeat....maybe a nerf will come outta this...so curious as to how it works in game (pve and pvp)..pm me in game if u have tried....Darkgift Dreem..ty in advance

Three conditions is actually [+10 energy]. Don't forget the [-5 Energy] cost of "Victory is Mines!", Just to point that out.
Mesmer in Need
good skill, but easily nerfed:
w/mo martyr, endure pain(if low on hp) +purge cond.
