I would prefer another elite instead of this. If you use Zealous daggers and Critical Eye you should be full of energy, as I feel that way. Also since it's an enchantment I don't like it as much. I think it should become a "skill" like Critical Eye.

so if you dont cap it while doing the Halcyon Job quest, is it impossible to get?

I think its impossible to get if you finished the Halycon job, unless you find someone who has the quest and go capping with them.

It's been fixed... if you go to the same area WITHOUT having the quest active, there should be some other boss (Illidus or something) that also has the skill...

its perfect for repeating strike sins you can spamit forever, specially if led off by golden pheonis strike
