lol my a/w owned with this skill, i dont want it nefed i need it. FYI my a/w wanst premade crap i used riposite deadly riposite Vipers defens healing sig shadow step Final blow and shadows refuge . Fun build lol.

Its usefulness to me would depend on its range for teleporting you.
It says "location NEARBY", and nearby is a hella small range...they'd only have to take 2 steps to catch back up with you...big woop..
But if it can get you out of their range - then I can see use.

wow, how would this help anyone. Monks cant use it because they need their secondary for energy managment, most other casters cant use it unless they wanna give up their secondary for something as pointlessly as warping nearby and poisoning, though it really depends on how it works and what other skills are introduced, but it seems like a pointless skill to me.

I don't see this ability being all that great at all. It does not negate the damage of being struck, It only poisons, can only be used once every 10 seconds, the teleportation is such a small range that only Warriors and Assassins will care about it, and even then it's about 2 steps away. Also note that the teleport could take you a few steps deeper into enemy lines, causing a momentary overextention.
