Hey guys, lately I have been doing alot of farming from ettins by myself to get runes. Mainly, I was aiming for superior vigor (which I got) and superior absorbtion. But, by doing so much farming, I think I have one of the best builds for farming against ettins for a W/Mo!
Hundred Blades
Thrill of Victory
sever artery
Galrath Slash
Final Thrust
sprint (to get to the ettins)
Savage Slash
Healing signet
Please put any imput if you think yours is better, but I doubt it! jk

Here is a much more effective build that you never have to stop and heal...
Battle Rage: Elite
Sever Artery
Gash
Galrath Slash
Final Thrust
Sprint
Mending
Live Vicariously
8 in healing prayers
16 in Sword
13 in Strength
Gladiators armor..with knights boots..and dualist helm for +1 in sword.
Sup Absorption, Sup Vigor, Sup Sword and a sup Strength...that leaves you with only 380 health..but i never ever lose more then 7/8-3/4 of my health at a time. You don't have any energy regen so use your sprints wisely. I prefer using a fiery dragon sword with a 15 enchanted or over 50, Fiery dragons in my experiance with ettin farming seem to do the most damage. I also use a strength req shield with a -2(stance) + -2(enchanted)..the only time I take damage is when I'm hit with Irrisitable Blow...
I've got tons of experience soloing ettins..and have many builds..this one is by far the fastest and most effective.

Why not use watchful spirit and mending (at 13 healing of course) for +6 regen! Then you can use healing hands as your elite...because it owns on warriors!
