PC on Bows, Axes, Swords and Staff

Thanks to all who'll PC items and I wanna know if that first staff is rare skinned and if that dwarven "look" like axe is worth anything.

7) isn't this a quest reward?
8) furious mod would sell for more than the axe as it is. i'd salvage.
9) ~150k, maybe a bit more from a brute lover.
