Only the mods.. a perfect staff would have 10/10 or 10/20 recharge and fast casting attributes(intrinsic built in mods). This one has neither, but if you get lucky and salvage the hale head, you can get 15k for the mod.

yap, use expert salvage, the mods are perfect eighter of them worth more than the staff
