Can W/R Farm

I've been thinking that I'm gonna need some money but it seems at though

compared to a W/Mo a W/R is inefficient at farming is this true?

if this is true then would it be advised to switch profession

Actually, you can farm just fine using a pure warrior. Dolyak Signet, Watch Yourself and Healing Signet alone can keep you alive in many situations.

With /R though, there's:
Melandru's Resiliance, which is a great counter for hexes and conditions
Troll Unguent, when Healing Signet just won't do
Serpent's Quickness, self explanatory
Apply Poison, which you can combine with Cyclone Axe

Which profession is better? It depends on what you're killing. For general Augury farming, I go W/Mo. for Perdition, I go W/R. Changing isn't too big a deal anyway, as you'll probably only make use of a few skills in your secondary. Just scrap up the a couple k and a few skill points and you'll be fine.

I was online today seeing people talk about being able to change back and fourth between professions. Is this true?

ya theres quests u can do in the desert to change ur secondary and u can continuouslly change back and forth and keep all the skills u unlocked and ur pet as ranger its extremely useful gives you alot of variety

yup, I use it all the time, switching from w/r runner to w/mo runner on droks and elona's ^_^ love melandrus resilience for other runs

as for the w/r farming: I farm ancient eyes with it ^_^ (maguuma) for healing anks :P (I don't advise you to farm them, its time consuming and not rewarding)
I use melandrus resilience, a few attack skills, a running skill and troll unguent. I run in with troll unguent on, attack a few times, (get hit by many crys of frustrations wich I count, so I know when to use healing sig)

For griffin farming, I have seen a build that uses gladiators defence,cyclone axe, disciplined stance, troll unguent,Edge of Extinction (don't ask), sprint, bonetti's defense, executioners blow (something like that it was) he started out by using edge of extinction, then comes troll unguent, then collects, then glads defense, cyclone, troll, cyclone,bonetti,nothing, nothing, nothing, troll unguent, executioners, disciplined stance, cyclone, troll, cyclone, glads, cyclone, repeat etc... something like that he did, im not sure of executioners, you may want to replace it with watch yourself or dolyak sig.
He used sprint to get the devourers off his tail. (they really annoy troll uguent)
He used a max furious 8% axe with 15% while in stance and a +7 vs physical mod,the stance collector shield and a full glads armor.
I suppose this works for minos too
