PC: on possible monk farming focus item

Found this Today, No Idea. I know it can only be useful for low hp monk farmers though.

Ok here it is:
Healing Ankh (Rare)
+12 energy (13 req healing Prayers)
+5 armor
-20 hp

i know the other focus item you get from the cities of ascalon quest subtracts a lot more hp but i thought the added energy and armor might make it useful to somebody. Tell me what you think
