How do I assign weapon hotkeys?

It's a noob question but can someone help me out?

Under your avatar should be a box called weapon sets, click it
Select the amount of hotkeys you want to assign (max is 4)
switch hotkey and drag weapons you want to assign to that key to your weapon slots.
close weapon sets
Press I again
Have fun!

those are being duscussed for factions. No definate as far as I know.
