Search button is ur friend. Do sight-wide search for White Dyeing or White Dye!

EDIT:: ah whatever, here the closest seems to be a dye combination mix of yellow+silver+silver+silver, then apply to armor! Kind of a dirty white, or eggshell white...

ZOMG! did you try searching for "white Dye"? Lots of threads about white dye's around..
