I was trying to sell this sweet Green-Chaos Axe, and people just dont really understand how sweet it looks till they get to see it wielded by someone. There should be a command like /showweapons that allows you to pose nicely and show off what you have in your hands at the time.
What do you guys think?

If you want to show the weapon to an interested buyer, group up, and just got a few feet outside of town.. Besides, I don't think that the ascalon guards will like your drawn weapon :P
Edit: Oh and use the search button, there has been a topic about this already.
Skizzle the Curado
couldn't you just show it to them in trade?

Not to be a WoW Fanboy or anything, I dont like WoW. But perhaps we could have an inspect feature that lets us see the other characters gear and what they look like.

They could ask to inspect your character, and you could deny it, that's functional isn't it? This game is successful because they incorperated the desires and interest expressed by gamers from all over, if people want to show off thier gear then there should be some kind of modeling function outside of "taking it outside town".
Furthermore, they can add functions in the option menu to reduce "extra graphic" components, wile allowing more developed looking characters to be visible to players who have the processing power to view them. I think this could be a good expansion addition, a bit of flash to make the expansions more appealing. Anything that has to do with adding something that is not neccissary but desired by players should be added to expansions to show the Developers good will in honoring our requests, as well as increase sales.
One issue I think they should note though is that players shouldn't be walking around town with weapon in hand, it should be shieth, shield or 2 handed weapon on the back, using your 2 handed staff as a walking cane, because players are not suppose to be brandishing thier weapons in a non hostile zone, they have centuries guarding the enterances to keep the place safe. Also, a weapon presenting emote would be attractive, like a fanfair or whatnot.
There are several things they can add, but the overwhelming truth is this game doesn't have any serious flaws, it is realy damn good, expecially in light of other Online RPGs (MMORPGs specificly). How many of you have writen a thank you note to the developer congratulating them for thier success? But you merit the time to complain and suggest for everything that you don't like, like a gimme child?
