WTB Flat bow 15% above 50%

This bow can be clean or have any mod. I'm looking for a flat bow with 15% damage above 50% health. I'd like to mod it to 28-30 health and 5/1 vampiric, so if you have a similar one, let me know. Thanks.

35K (guru baseline for a req 9 is 33K, based on just bow alone without mods)

Wow 33k for nothing more than a 15% above 50% flat bow? I might consider drago's vampiric flat bow or the tombs bow at this rate. Thanks for the offers though.

If you want the tombs bow, the 5/-1, +30HP elyswth recurve, I can sell it for 12K.
