Unidentified shields don't sell. You might've tested it before selling it, so everyone expects you're selling something with crappy mods, because you'd Identify it otherwise. Identify it, then PC it. In this Unidentified state? I'd say 5K.

Yeah, but theyre are people that dont know about the testing thing, you might be able to sell for 20-30k
