Oh? Perhaps I have the wrong idea about the “guild” system then.
I don’t actually have the game yet and I am hoping to spend the two weeks while it’s on order, reading up about it so I know a little before getting my feet wet.
I was assuming that these guilds are player run? Is that not the case? Or is it more like say “Dark Age of Camelot” where you choose up front which nation you’d like to belong to. Only one nation is allowed per server to avoid the spies that Auntie mentions.
Are the “Guilds” in GW the same thing?
If that’s so then I assume they are a general ruling that you begin with and that within that ruling there are more specific player guilds that you are free to join as well.
Please forgive if this seems a silly question, but I just haven’t seen this info in the bits I’ve managed to read so far
