Hi,

Im working through my quests back tracking through them to make sure i have them all.

This quest has caused me problems though, its the one where u have to pick up Aidens markers in the cave.

I have collected loads of markers and its now crossed out on my objectives but it says Speak to Aiden but Aiden isnt there.

My quest arrow isnt present in Griffins Mouth and when i leave it points back to Griffins Mouth.

A few of us have found the same thing.

Can anyone help?

They've recently changed this mission. Instead of having to return to Aiden after you make it to the gates, once you talk to "Witness.... forget her name" the quest gets completed.

I think you may have to abandon it, and restart it to get the exp for it.

Also, I don't remember having to actually pick up the Markers, just follow them. At once point the cave splits into 2, if you're not following the markers and go left, you'll end up getting swarmed by a lot of Ettins.

Hi,

Ive tried restarting it.

At the gates of Kyrta Witness Casori is the one i think you mean but nothing happens when i talk to her.

Ive tried restarting many times.

Does anyone else have any ideas?

EDIT: I just looked, he's standing right where he usually does, next to the resurrection point near the western exit of Gryphon's Mouth. If you don't find him there, perhaps he's been clobbered by Ettins...

Hi,

I can assure you he isnt there neither is his corpse.

I have tried going there from gates way but he isnt there.

Can someone who hasnt completed this yet please confirm?

Uh oh. When I checked a few minutes ago, I also noticed I hadn't actually done the quest he gives you where you go talk to Ambassador Braun and then Witness Cassori. I just did that, and now when I go back to Gryphon's Mouth, Aidan is gone. It looks like once you do that quest, you can't go back and do the previous one.

Thats just stupid as it has no relation to each other.
I just dont get it am i just meant to forget this quest?
