what level should I be when I do the quest Defend the Wall?

You can pretty much be any level, you can even do The Great Northern Wall mission at any level. I did both at level 1, they are quite simple.

Seriously? Any level...just do it. Higher level party members will help, but even a lvl 3-4 with henchies has a chance.
