PC on -energy offhand

I dont see any point for anybody to use it...

i'd say you could get anywhere between 1-20k for it. People who know what its used for can pay top dollar for - energy offhands. My only concern is, if you aren't specced in 9 illu, you get half of the energy, so that makes 6. Than -5 and you still have a net of +1. So its not really a - energy item.

If a players want's +12 energy -5 energy he would just bouth
+6 energy focus

Many times you may face a team using some type of e-denial. Switching to a negative energy offhand and negative energy weapon will force your energy closer to 0, thus causing the mesmer to drain you to 0 faster. This also makes the mesmers skills weaker since many of the skills depend on the amount of energy you currenty have. This way, if you want to cast something, just switch to ur main set, cast, then switch back. It would also be nice against a team running wither/malaise.

I have 2 of these but i May keep one.

The thing is, as others have said, this item doesn't actually give you -energy (+1 without 9 in illusion, or +7 with 9+ in illusion). You'd be better off using no offhand against e-denial than using this.
