Necro Collectors armor

I really want to give my necro the collectors armor because it looks nice. Especially the vest. My question is, I did find the leggings, but where are the other max. armor pieces? And what do these collectors require?

One more question. There seem to be a few collectors all giving the same items, for instance the Necromancer Tunic. Is this tunic for each collector the same, or are there differences in appearance between the collectortunics?
