Help!!! I Lost My Pre-order Item!!!

i accidently deleted my pre-order item and i forgot what i have to do to get it back!!! somebody plz tell me what i have to do to get it back!

Pre-order item is from the collectors edition, in game items that you get than from buying the original Guild Wars. Im confused i belive you can't sell, salvage a collector item? I don't have the collectors but it sound about right, and it seems ONLY way to delete it would be drag it to your trash can icon? So you intended to delete it, unless theres another way of deleting.

Ok Im confused. I have collectors edition, but never had any items, only the aura round the hands when I do something like /flex. How do I get this item?....maybe this is special edition?

Also I have pre-ordered Collectors Factions...how do i get anything with this?

No, it's only if you pre-ordered the game from a retailer before the game was officially released.
