A question on preorder

So, are the preorders for the collectors edition coming out on the same day, February 28th? Or are we going to have to wait? If this has already been asked, just redirect me towards that thread.

There is only ONE preorder package, depending on the store, you may may or maynot be able to put it towards either release package. Just ask before you buy it.

I sent a question to Anet regarding the Pre-order, but didn't get an answer (they only pointed to the section on their web page). Will current GW account holders have to buy the pre-order to get the special items, or will we get them when we upgrade our accounts with the full Factions game? I haven't found any info on this, and need to know if I need to pick up the pre-order or not (IF I decide Factions is worth getting in the first place).

Ok the way I understand it from a conversation in the Riverside Inn is that the preorder box will have the keys for the pre-order items + extras. The game box will have the key for the actual game.

If you are in Europe (and most of the players here don't seem to be) you will have to wait and extra month for the pre-order. If you pre-order online I've no idea what will happen. Apparently pre-order "online keys" are only being given to those who DO NOT have chpt1. Please keep in mind that this is for Europe only, I've no idea what will happen if you pre-order online in the states.

Buy the official preorder package. You won't be spending any more money (depending on whether or not you deal with a reputable company) as a purchase of the preorder is considered a down payment on the full game when it's released. Spend $10 on preorder, get $10 off the release version.

Actually i believe we pay the full 50 then. Why?

Because IF we purchase preorder, we can play factions 24hrs sooner then the offical release.

how many character slots those with chapter1 end up with adding on chapter2
