Can someone please tell me if the following items are worth anything:

Energy +4 (while hexed)
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 10%)

Cold Dmg: 11-22 (req. 11 Water Magic)

Was thinking of selling the lot to the merchant as I didn't think any of them had any market value.
Staves one week, rods the next, when are they ever gonna drop bows for me!!!
O, and I need storage space for my Druid's armour, so if anyone is interested in any of the items mentioned above, leave a PM or look for me in-game...
